ISLA selects Waddington as Chief Operating Officer

The International 网爆吃瓜 Lending Association (ISLA) has appointed Simon Waddington as chief operating officer.
In his new role, Waddington will oversee ISLA鈥檚 day-to-day operational activities and the overall management of the business, including growth strategy, financial accounting, operational processes, human resources, and board secretariat.
Waddington brings more than 25 years of experience in the securities finance industry to the role.
During his career, Waddington has held senior positions at State Street and the Royal Bank of Canada, covering a broad range of roles across trading, product development, sales, and relationship management.
He joins ISLA from State Street鈥檚 Financing Solutions business where he served as managing director, head of business development EMEA.
