Michael McStay joins The Bank of London

The Bank of London, a technology company and global clearing, agency and transaction bank, has appointed Michael McStay as operations director and site lead. McStay will report to COO Simon Robertshaw.
Prior to his new position, McStay was operations manager and director at Cowen from 2016 to 2022.
Previously, he spent six years at Citi in a number of roles including within the firm’s over-the-counter derivatives settlements team, prime finance middle office and, most recently, as transaction reporting quality assurance team lead.
In an online statement, McStay says: “I am immensely proud that such an innovative, forward thinking company are coming to Belfast. I have always believed that the people here have a lot to offer and this is a great opportunity to showcase that talent.â€
