TS Imagine, a global trading, portfolio and risk management solutions firm, has hired a number of senior appointments to support its expansion amid ‘strong growth’ during the first half of 2022.
Among the hires is Paul Sweeney, who will become head of fixed income development at the firm’s London office.
Sweeney brings more than 20 years of experience in designing and developing financial solutions to the role, having previously held positions at IG, UBS and Credit Suisse.
Supporting its New York headquarters as global head of infrastructure is Puiter Kogan, who has more than two decades of experience executing global, mission-critical programmes and delivering technology solutions across Deutsche Bank, CGI and Hewlett-Packard.
According to TS Imagine, the expansion has been accomplished through cross-selling products to existing customers and new client acquisitions.
The firm highlighted a market dynamic that prefers multi-asset class trading and investment administration, and simplifying front office operations as a key aspect of the growth.
Appointing around 100 new staff members globally, TS Imagine welcomes Marina Melnick as chief business development officer for Eastern Europe.
Based in Bulgaria, Melnick has a 16-year background in technology and development as a founder and in leadership roles at Exigen and Luxoft.
Commenting on the news, president and chief revenue officer of TS Imagine, Andrew Morgan, says: "We are seeing increased demand from sophisticated investors – from multi-strategy hedge funds to global asset managers – for modern, SaaS-based trading and risk software with multi-asset capabilities.
“Synergies from our merger have accelerated our growth – generating cross-selling opportunities and expanding strategic alliances."
