Rich Grossi has left his post as CEO of ION Corporates, one of the main units of ION Group.

The firm has confirmed that Grossi’s successor will be Sunil Biswas, who has been the chief product officer at ION Commodities for nearly eight years.

Grossi served as CEO at ION’s New York office for nearly five years, having consolidated several acquired product companies into a major provider of treasury, reserve management, and commodity software solutions.

Prior to that, he spent more than a decade at Openlink Financial, most recently as CEO, until the risk management solutions provider was bought by ION in 2018 and integrated into its product offering.

Grossi dedicates his free time to charitable activities, having served as a board member at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Long Island since 2014, and volunteering at Arthritis Foundation since 2017.
