Exclusive: BNY Mellon recruits Paul Solway from Macquarie

Macquarie associate director Paul Solway is moving to BNY Mellon in Hong Kong, a source has confirmed.
He will be taking a senior role in the firm's securities lending team, which is now a part of Global Collateral Services.
BNY Mellon's new business was formed in June and brings together the firm's global capabilities in segregating, allocating, financing and transforming collateral for its clients, including its own broker-dealer, collateral management, securities lending, collateral financing, liquidity and derivatives services teams.
Solway has worked at Macquarie since 2005. His previous roles include director at HSBC and prime brokerage specialist at Nomura.
